terms & conditions

These Foundation First Terms & Conditions apply when you access, use or visit the Foundation First website located at www.foundationfirst.co (the “Site”), and the services provided through the Site (the Site and these services constituting the “Service”).  The Service is provided to you by Foundation First, LLC d/b/a Foundation First (referred to in these Terms & Conditions as “Foundation First” “we,” “us” and “our”). You must agree to these Terms of Use in order to use the Service.  If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions at any time, please cease use of the Service.

 

  1. Privacy Policy.  In connection with your use of the Service, please review our Privacy Policy, located at wwwfoundationfirst.co/privacy-policy to understand how we use information we collect from you when you access, visit or use the Service.   The Privacy Policy is part of and is governed by these Terms and Conditions and by agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you agree to be bound by the terms of the Privacy Policy and agree that we may use information collected from you in accordance with its terms.

  2. Refund policy. Thanks for purchasing our products (or subscribing to our services) at [www.foundationfirst.co] operated by Foundation First. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 2 calendar days of your purchase. After the 2-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. You may receive a credit (up to our discretion). If you have any additional questions or would like to request a refund, feel free to contact us at owners@foundationfirst.co.

  3. Project completion policy. Foundation First has the right to terminate a project if a client fails to respond to the project design within 10 business days. If the client decides to resume the project, clients are required to resubmit payment for the service(s).

    1. Foundation First has the right to terminate a project if the client fails to submit their project design forms within 60 days of purchasing. If the client decides to resume the project, clients are required to resubmit payment for the service(s).

    2. I understand that Foundation First is not responsible for any technical support, outside of the service selected.

  4. Email response time. Foundation First will respond to all emails within 1-5 business days. If we will not make the 1-5 business day deadline we will reach out to the client

  5. All design services include a limited amount of complimentary revisions. Additional revisions outside of the complimentary revisions are subject to revision fees. Fees will vary depending on the service. A revision is a slight edit, correction, or change to the design to progress toward the final design.

  6. Once Foundation First has released the final design file(s) to the client, there will be a fee to resume the project. Fees will vary depending on the service.

  7. Zoom Calls:

    1. If the client is more than 10 minutes late for the zoom meeting, the meeting will be canceled. If for any reason a client has to reschedule the day of the meeting, he/she must pay an additional non refundable $25 rescheduling fee. 

  8. Photo shoots:

    1. The client’s shoot is booked at the time of payment. If the client is more than 15 minutes late for the shoot, the shoot will be canceled. If for any reason a client has to reschedule the day of the shoot, he/she must pay an additional non refundable $25 rescheduling fee. The client is allowed to reschedule their shoot at least 2 calendar days before the shoot. If there are any additional members outside the package, $50 will be charged for each member and must be paid in advance. If the client wants additional time, this must be paid for in advance. If the client desires a location outside of the 8-mile radius from Midtown Houston, $5/mile will be charged and must be paid in advance.
