What is the turnaround time on a service?


Immediately after you submit payment, you will receive a form to complete. You will be able to choose the date that you want to receive your service drafts. Our dates are subject to change based on our availability.

10-12 business day turnaround: Logo design

15-17 business day turnaround: Website design, Business plans, Business cards, Custom Illustrations,Flyers, book Covers, Instagram Highlights, Social media templates, Business cards, Media kit, Newsletter templates, and Menu design. This will allow us to create designs you will absolutely love!

Can I pay for expedited service?


Yes we do! See below for all expedited service fees for every service except websites and business plans:

  • If you would like the service completed 11-15 business days from today, it will be $25
  • If you would like the service completed 6-10 business days from today, it will be $40
  • If you would like the service completed 2-5 business days from today, it will be $50
  • If you would like the service completed overnight, it will be $75
Websites and business plan expedited fees:
  • If you would like the service completed 11-15 business days from today it will be $40
  • If you would like the service completed 6-10 business days from today it will be $55
  • If you would like the service completed 2-5 business days from today it will be $75
  • If you would like the service complete overnight, it will be $100




Can I secure the deal now but take care of the service later?


Yes, you have 30-45 days following payment to complete the form before the offer is null and void.

How do I find a color code?


It's easy! Look for the HEX code of the colors you want using google.

Can I get an illustration incorporated in my logo?


Yes! However, our $20 illustration fee is required. If you want an illustration incorporated, email us after you've purchased your logo and we'll get you squared away!

Does the price include the domain?


No, you will have to purchase your own domain and connect it




What is the monthly fee?


It depends on the plan you purchase using WIX or Square space




How does it work?


Once you have purchased the website, you will receive a confirmation email within 2-3 business days. The confirmation email includes a form. The form will allow you to share more information with us, and help us bring your vision to life.




How many revisions will I receive?


1 complimentary revision




How much is it for an extra revision?


Extra revisions are $25 per revision. We recommend sending all revisions in one detailed email.




What are pages?


Pages are the different website tabs on your website (home, about, contact, etc.)




How many pages are included?


In the sale, 5 pages are included. Regular priced websites are 8

  • If purchased during a sale 7 edits for 30 mins

Can I do outfit changes?


If you have booked a 1 hour shoot, we can do up to 3 outfit changes If you have booked a 30 min shoot, it depends. Please reach to owners@foundationfirst.co prior to booking.




Do you all do graduation, baby shower, ect.?


Yes, we do all events!

Custom items

Do you design all of the products from scratch?


Yes. Once the order is placed and in our calendar, we begin designing the product.




How do I receive the drafts?


We email you the draft using the email you entered using the form.




How many revisions are included?


2 revisions are included in the initial purchase. Extra revisions are $5.




How long does it take before I receive the drafts?


Our dates are first come, first served. You will have the opportunity to select your draft date when completing the custom product form.




​Can I pay for expedited service?


​Yes, expedited service is $25 and you will receive your drafts in 24-48 hours.




How will I receive the product(s)?


Once you are satisfied with the finalized draft, we will send you a link to place your order. You will be able to enter the shipping address there to receive the products




Will I be paying another fee to receive the products?


No. Once you place the initial order you will not have to pay another fee to receive the products.




How long does it take for me to receive the products?


After we design the product it takes 2–7 business days to create apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products. Our average shipping time is 3-4 business days depending on the order's destination.




Can I use the same design for multiple products?


Yes, if you want to use the same design for the same product all you have to do is specify it in the form.




If I have previously purchased an illustration with you all, can I just pay to get it placed on a product?


No, if you want to use a design for a product that we’ve previously designed, you still have to pay for customization. Please click here to move forward.
