What is your turnaround time?


Immediately after you submit payment, you will receive a form to complete. You will be able to choose the date that you want to receive your service drafts. Our dates are subject to change based on our availability. 10-12 business day turnaround: Logo design 15-17 business day turnaround: Website design, Business plans, Business cards, Custom Illustrations, Flyers, Instagram Highlights, Social media templates, Media kit, Labels, and Thank you cards. This will allow us to create designs you will absolutely love!




Can I pay for an expedited services?


Yes we do! See below for all expedited service fees for every service except websites and business plans: If you would like the service completed 11-15 business days from today, it will be $25 If you would like the service completed 6-10 business days from today, it will be $40 If you would like the service completed 2-5 business days from today, it will be $50 If you would like the service completed overnight, it will be $75 Websites and business plan expedited fees: If you would like the service completed 11-15 business days from today it will be $40 If you would like the service completed 6-10 business days from today it will be $55 If you would like the service completed 2-5 business days from today it will be $75 If you would like the service complete overnight, it will be $100

When should I expect a response to my email?

What is your refund policy?


You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 2 calendar days of your purchase. After the 2-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. You can receive a credit. If you have any additional questions or would like to request a refund, feel free to contact us at hello@foundationfirst.co.




What happens if I am unhappy with a service?


Please let us know and we will do our best to accomodate you. If you are unhappy with the design, we will wework it until you love it!




How long will it be before my project is completed and finalized?


We do not guarantee a completion date for any project. If you have a project deadline, please let us know. Website deadlines: Most web design projects can be completed in 6-8 weeks. This usually depends on the speed of the client’s feedback and the number of revisions required. If you have a project deadline, please let us know.

How long do I have to respond to revisions regarding my project?


Project completion policy. Foundation First has the right to terminate a project if a client fails to respond to the project design within 10 business days. If the client decides to resume the project, clients are required to resubmit payment for the service(s).




When I completed the form, I selected a time and date. Should I expect a call or zoom link?


No. The initial page on the intake form will display our availability. Based on our availability, you will have the opportunity to select the date that you would like to receive a preview of the designs we created.




I received I my logo options (proofs) and I would love to have one of the options presented outside of what I've purchased. How do I secure more than one logo?


After we have sent the logo proofs, you have the option of choosing one logo. If you'd like two of the logos, it is an additional fee of $40 (text-based and upgraded). It is an additional fee of $80 for a second deluxe logo.




I've purchased the service(s), but I only see the Docu-sign. Where can I find the design form(s)?


The confirmation email includes intake forms for the service(s) you purchased. Choose "download" to complete the forms. See below for an example. The form(s) will allow you to share more information with us, such as your business name, brand colors, etc. This information will help us bring your vision to life and create designs you will love.
