Terms & Conditions
for Sale Services
Thank you for choosing to work with us! With over 2,500 projects completed, we are deeply committed to delivering exceptional brand design and customer service. Your vision matters to us, and we do not take it lightly that you've entrusted us with your brand. These terms are here to ensure clarity and alignment throughout our creative process.

1. Consultations

  • Sale services do not include a complimentary consultation prior to the start of your project.

  • If you'd like to request a call, you may do so after the first draft has been delivered. Calls are not guaranteed before that point.

 

2. Refund Policy

  • All sale services are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued under any circumstance.

 

3. Timelines & Deadlines

  • We do not guarantee specific deadlines. Please plan accordingly. General completion windows are as follows:

    • Flyers, Logos, Templates: 2–4 weeks

    • Website Design: 4–6 weeks

    • Brand Packages: 6–10 weeks

 

These timelines may vary depending on your responsiveness, revision requests, and overall project scope.

 

4. Additional Fees

  • Additional fees may apply for:

    • Extra website pages or advanced features

    • Vectorized logo files (available upon request)

    • Any add-ons or upgrades will be invoiced separately.

 

5. Communication

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for email responses.

  • While we aim to respond in a timely manner, we do not guarantee same-day or next-day responses.

  • If more than 48 hours have passed without a response, please do not worry, you will hear back from us within 72 hours.

 

6. Technical Support

  • We are brand designers, not IT or tech support.

  • We are not responsible for resolving connectivity issues with platforms such as Canva, Instagram, or your hosting provider.

  • However, we’re happy to provide helpful tutorial videos or links if needed.

 

7. Project Abandonment

  • Once the initial design draft has been sent, you must respond within 5 business days.

  • If we do not hear from you within that timeframe, the project will be considered abandoned and terminated.

  • To restart a terminated project, you may be required to repurchase the service in full.

Our website design service is for the entrepreneur who:

  • Wants a website that is professional, modern, and easy to use

  • Needs a website that will help them attract new customers and grow their business

  • Is looking for a partner who will work closely with them to create a website that meets their specific needs

Our website design services include:

  • Custom website design with ​​WIX (you pay a monthly/yearly fee via WIX)

  • Includes 3 pages

  • 1 complimentary revision (additional revisions will incur a fee)

  • You must purchase your plan and domain separately

  • Turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of the design. Please see terms and conditions. We will typically send the draft on the date you select on the form when booking.

  • 1 final logo delivered in PNG format
